PARIS PHOTO DIARY: DAY THREE

Our short Paris trip soon came to an unfortunate end - but first, we still had some exploring to do before catching the train back to London at 9:00pm. Of course, who can leave Paris without seeing the city's most famous landmark, The Eiffel Tower! We also made sure to see the Notre Dame, and other beautiful finds in the city of romance.

It was slightly cloudier than the other days we had, but the sky still had an intriguing blue tinge and the air was incredibly humid. Although, by the Seine River - it was very windy, as my hair was so kindly willing to demonstrate for you all in the picture above.

The Notre Dame

We walked around the Ile-De-La-Cité and happily stumbled upon this lovely café - Bertie's Cupcakery. You must stop by if you're around the area; the cupcakes are to die for. The range of flavours is incredibly mouth-watering, aswell as the buttery icing and perfectly baked sponge.

I went for the pink strawberry lemonade flavour, while my sister Jess opted for the Oreo cupcake.

Afterwards, we decided to walk down the Rue De Rivoli. Down this Parisian version of Oxford Street, we bumped into one of my all-time favourite bloggers and style-icons, Jeanne Damas. Unfortunately the Parisian walked past too briskly for me to quickly snap a photo, but let me tell you, she looked such a babe. She was wearing an oversized military jacket, black jeans and wedged espadrilles, all with a Parisian je ne sais quoi.

We then finished the day off by having a little walk around Saint Germain des Prés. Afterwards, we headed back to the hotel, booked out, grabbed our suitcases and sad faces and journeyed home.

Paris, I miss you. I'll be back soon.
